Hey World!
This is where my new journey will begin….and what an epic journey it will be!
I’m Candace, a newbie blogger, I have an awesome husband & three beautiful kids ages 9, 7, and 1 (yeah, I know right. lol)! I’m 31 and I have been so fortunate to travel and explore this world with my family. We are from a very small community in Louisiana and are now currently located in Texas, west of Houston! So what a change it has been for us these past 5 years (I know this doesn’t seem far, but trust me these places could not possibly be more different.)!
I have a degree in Accounting. I have had many jobs in the past, aside from being an “awesome mom and wife” (haha I’m only quoting my husband!). I have been a Religous Director(I basically taught adults how to teach children), a Tax Professional, and a small business owner (I owned a salon and sold it when I realized it was not what I wanted to do with my life!). I’m not exactly sure what I’m passionate about when it comes to blogging at this point, but I’m hoping by starting this blog I will find my way and “niche.”
I enjoy cooking and of course, eating! I love crafts and all things Japanese! I have often been called a hippie and I feel like I have a gypsy soul, always moving on to new and better things. I’m a mother and a wife who never feels good enough and I want to be more.
