I hope with all the uncertainty going on around the world right now, you are reading this and find a bit of relief. I know with kids home and schools proposing doing work via online, it can be very difficult to come into a daily schedule or routine. The first week after break we were having fun around the house and all was great until we started to get bored.
We are so used to being busy it was just crazy staying home. Everyday that went by the kids became more rambunctious. Absolutely no structure to our day. I knew something had to give because even I wasn’t getting work done.
I created a daily schedule for my kids to follow, structure is very important and this way they can focus all their energy onto constructive activities. This also means they wont be behind the curve when school starts up again. My 11 year old daughter gave me her opinion on the time slots and activities, and she approved. LOL
